We all had a great time with the Pomona Valley Astronomers. Everyone was so excited to be able to see stars, the moon and actually planets again for the first time since they lost their sight. You all were so generous with your time and expertise. The dinner was great too. It was the first time that most of the people (if not all) ate buffalo. Park ranger Elise was great at explaining all about the life that abounds at Joshua Tree National Park. The lecture on the stars and planets was easy to follow and made the viewing more complete. Everyone felt that they had had a special experience.
